Bahria Town Karachi has issued a list of revised facilitation charges (Transfer Fee Charges). The company has increased transfer fee of all of its projects including plots, homes, apartments, farm houses and other big commercial plots.
Besides transfer fee, the withholding tax has also been increased due to revised FBR Valuation. The revised FBR valuation rates will apply from November 01, 2019. Therefore, transfer cost of all properties in Bahria Town Karachi will increase by a good number from November 2019.
