Bahria Town Karachi Booking officially launched today (26th January 2014) for projects which includes residential plots, commercial plots, Bahria Homes and Bahria Apartments.
Bahria Town Karachi Booking Details:
Booking starts from a token amount of 150,000 Rupees and maximum 5 year installment plan. Residential Plots, Bahria Homes and Bahria Apartments installment plan length will be 4 years i.e. 16 quarterly installments, while Commercial Plots installment plan length will be 5 years i.e. 20 quarterly installments.
Last Date of Booking: 7th February 2014
Booking forms can be collected and Submitted in Bahria Town Offices as well as the following nominated banks.

- JS Bank
- NIB Bank
- UBL Bank
Note: Only registered members can collect and submit booking forms. Anybody holding open forms of karachi registration slips, as well as Hoshang Pearl, Opal 225, Bahria Icon Tower and Bahria Town Tower forms is also eligible to apply for this housing scheme and he will get the discount as specified by Bahria Town Karachi earlier. However, this is optional for other form holders and they can hold their forms and use when other projects are launched.
