Bahria Town has unveiled the prices and payment plan of residential plots, commercial plots, and villas/homes today, 5th of January, 2023 and bookings have started in its head offices located in Karachi, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore.

Prices & Payment Plan
Bahria Town Karachi 2 has launched its residential plots measuring 5 Marla (125 SQY), 10 Marla (250 SQY), 1 Kanal (500 SQY) and 2 Kanal (1000 SQY), as well as commercial plots measuring 5 Marla (125 SQY) and 10 Marla (250 SQY), and also 5 Marla (125 SQY) double story Villas on 4 years easy installments plan.
Bookings start from about 10% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 4 years through 16 equal quarterly installments.

Please note that the given prices are inclusive of land and all development charges. However, Utility charges will be additionally payable at the time of possession. Form fee is PKR 1000/- and processing fee is PKR 10,000 which is payable along with down payment at the time of booking.
