Airport Green Garden Announces Deadline for Stamp Duty

Airport Green Gardens is a majestic housing society near the new Islamabad International Airport and Top City-1. A duly approved housing project falls under the jurisdiction of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Recently, the administration released a notification regarding Airport Green Garden Stamp Duty, and it was publicized on the official website and other communication mediums, so it can reach a maximum number of members.

The Government of Punjab has imposed the registry stamp duty on properties in Airport Green Garden Housing Society and all of the members are obliged to clear it within the proposed timeline. The members are therefore advised to clear Airport Green Garden stamp duty. The last date clear the stamp duty is 18th August 2023. Members need to submit this fee according to the size of their plot in the society before the last date.

Furthermore, the administration also announced that the members can submit their stamp duty in the official bank account and send a picture of the receipt on the official Whatsapp number of the society i.e. 0333-2553336.

Airport Green Garden stamp duty

Stamp Duty on Residential Plots

  • 25 * 50: PKR 25,000/-
  • 30 * 60: PKR 36,000/-
  • 35 * 70: PKR 46,000/-
  • 50 * 90: PKR 90,000/-
  • 80 * 110: PKR 170,000/-
  • 80 * 110 (second variation): PKR 200,000

Stamp Duty on Commercial Plots

  • 40 * 60: PKR 100,000/-
  • 50 * 50: PKR 100,000/-
  • 50 * 60: PKR 125,000/-
  • 40 * 80: PKR 135,000/-
  • 50 * 70: PKR 148,000/-
  • 110 * 100: 465,000/-
  • 50 * 120: 250,000/-

Failure to submit the stamp duty will result in different punishments as prescribed by the Government of Punjab.
