Bahria Town Karachi Booking Procedure for Plots, Homes and Apartments
Bahria Town Karachi Booking is going on and people have started submitting their booking applications to Bahria Town across the country. Many People may already know the procedure as is given on the booking form which includes required documents i.e photographs and CNIC copies, as well as bank accounts and Payee name for the payment of Token (Down Payment).
What is Token?
Token is what we call as Upfront payment, Advance, or Down Payment. This is called token because this does not ensure your booking, and it will be returned if you fail in balloting.
Booking Procedure:
Bahria Town Karachi Booking Procedure is meant to provide information to those who have never dealt in property before and they do not know what they need to do in order to book plots in bahria town karachi.
We will explain the procedure step-by-step.
Requirements:
1- Karachi Old Registration Form and a Booking Form:
Bahria had issued its karachi residential and commercial registration forms in September 2013, which were opened later and traded in the market with good profit. The actual amount paid for these registration forms was 15,000/- Rupees, but its hype caused its prices to go up to 2 lac and it kept fluctuating between 120,000 to 150,000 for many months. Then it rose up from 150,000 and reached up to 190,000 and current value fluctuates between 170,000 to 185,000 Rupees.
If you do not already have your registration form, you can buy one open registration certificate which is available in the market at above mentioned prices.
Booking forms are just issued by Bahria Town which are used for submitting your desired property details and your own details. The booking form may also be found in black market at profit due to its shortage as Bahria did not make it available in the banks as of today while actual price is 1000/- Rupees.
There are 4 types of booking forms:
- Residential Plot Booking Form
- Commercial Plot Booking Form
- Bahria Homes Booking Form
- Bahria Apartments Booking Form
You have to buy the one which you require for booking.
2- Attachments:
Booking form also gives details of documents which need to be attached:
- 2 Passport Size Photographs
- 1 Cnic Copy of Applicant
- 1 Cnic Copy of your Nominee
3- Pay order of Token (down payment):
Booking form gives details of Bahria Town Bank Account Numbers in different banks, also Payee name in case you want to pay via pay order or demand draft. You have to submit pay order for the token amount of certain property in favor of Bahria Town Karachi (pvt) Limited (mentioned in booking form).
Submission of Booking Application:
When you have both forms, pay order for token amount, 2 passport size photographs and CNIC Copies of applicant and nominee, you need to fill details in booking form. Now you have everything ready for submission. Just go to Bahria Town Office in your City or go to any designated branch of specified banks i.e. JS Bank, UBL, Meezan Bank, Askari Bank and NIB Bank, and submit your forms along with attachments and payment.
Balloting:
Now you have successfully applied for booking. The last date for booking is 7th of February 2014 and balloting date will be announced after a few days of closing. This will be a computerized balloting and specific number of applicants will be chosen from the pool of applications and they will be allotted their applied-for properties. Those who do not succeed will get back their Token and sum of 10,000 rupees refund against their registration forms.
Those who get their applied-for properties, will get the announced discount of 150,000 Rupees against their registration forms. So they will be able to continue with their installments after 3 or 4 months.
Confirm Booking:
Confirm Booking is available for those who can spend some extra money to avoid expected failure in balloting. This will require some confirmation charges but the forms submitted for confirm booking will get confirm properties. This confirmation is not endorsed by Bahria Town in its public notices.
