Capital Development Authority has published notices against some new housing developments in Islamabad Zone 2, 4 and 5 which have been developing and selling properties without prior approval from CDA.
These projects include land sub-divisions, i.e. housing schemes smaller than 100 kanals of land, as well as proper housing schemes like Canyon Views by Emaar. It also includes some apartment projects like Spire Mall & Residency which are being developed and advertised without approval from CDA.
CDA has issued notices to the sponsors/owners of these housing schemes/land subdivisions/projects to stop advertisements, sales, and development work and comply with applicable rules set forth by the authority.
