Pakistan Ujala Homes – Low Cost Houses and Apartments by Star Marketing

As per the advertisement published in local dailies, Star Marketing has created a new online portal where people can register their interest . Registration is free of cost, and people from all across Pakistan are eligible to apply in this housing scheme.
Registrations can also be done at countrywide offices of Star Marketing. You will need to enter your particulars, i.e. Your Name, Father/Spouse Name, Address, CNIC Number, and Phone number in order to register yourself for Pakistan Ujala Homes.
These low cost residential units will be built in many different cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Hyderabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Peshawar, Dera Ismail Khan, Sukkur and many more.
Once registrations are closed, Star Marketing will launch different apartments & homes projects based on the volume of registrations. Registered members will be informed about the project location, features and prices at the time of project launch, so that they can book their units.
Pakistan Ujala Homes will comprise 5 marla single storey houses, as well as 2 and 3 bed apartments. House price will be 29 lac rupees, whereas apartment prices will range from 15 lacs to 26 lacs. These housing units will be given to general public on easy installments plan.
In case the number of registrations exceed the number of available units, a computerized ballot will be held among registered members. It is recommended to get registered as soon as possible, so that you do not miss out on low cost housing opportunity.
