Recently, the administration announced the good news of the Taj Residencia Blue Bell Block balloting. The exact date for the balloting event was, however, not disclosed. Blue Bell Block was launched in 2021, and was developed near the second entrance of the society close to the Marigold Block. Bluebell Block offers 8 Marla plots with an easy installment plan. Members who have non-balloted files of this block, can now clear their dues and submit installments timely to become a part of balloting and get their files balloted. The official conditions for balloting are not yet disclosed, but members should submit as many dues as possible to get their plots balloted.
Along with Blue Bell Block balloting, the administration of society also announced another exciting offer during this time of economic disturbance. Keeping in consideration the rising costs of electricity, the society will provide 2 years of free electricity to the members.
