Taj Residencia Announces Balloting of Bluebell Block
Blue Bell Block Taj Residencia Balloting is finally here, and the official dates are announced. Taj Residencia is a modern and lavish housing community developing in the premises of Sector I-14 Islamabad, on the main Lakhu Road. Blue Bell Block Taj Residencia is one of the many residential blocks of the society that is developed by Sardar Group of Companies, the same group that delivered Centaurus Mall Islamabad.
It is important to mention that Taj Residencia has already successfully conducted the balloting of Cosmos Block, specifically, 3.5 Marla cuttings. Now, the administration is holding Blue Bell Block Taj Residencia Balloting. The balloting of this particular block was announced in the past; however, it was delayed due to some reasons. However, the management is now fully committed to carrying out this balloting at the start of 2024.
Blue Bell Block Taj Residencia Balloting Date
The balloting will be held in February 2024, however, the exact date and time have not been announced so far. We will update you as soon as the administration reveals the event venue, date, and time.

Balloting Criteria
- Members, who are interested in becoming a part of this balloting, should pay a minimum of 8 out of 17 installments against their plots to secure their spot.
- Furthermore, members who are using the quarterly installments method should have a 0-balance payment to become eligible for this balloting.
- The deadline for monthly installments is 31st December 2023
- The deadline for quarterly installments is 15th January 2024.
After balloting, the administration will soon move forward to possessions, and afterward, members will be able to construct their homes.
Members, who have purchased plots in the Blue Bell Block, should not miss out on this opportunity, to secure their plots and use them for construction. They should clear their dues; and get the plots balloted, so they can get possessions in the future.
