After the successful launch of residential plots, Silver City housing scheme has come up with its exclusive smart commercial plots on easy installments plan. The society offers a variety of commercial plot options measuring 30×30, 30×40 and 35×40 at affordable prices with a lucrative payment plan.
Silver City Commercial Plots come in two different categories, i.e. Category A and Category B. The former comprises 35×40 commercial plots on Expressway face and 80 feet boulevard face, whereas the latter comprises 30×30 and 30×40 commercial plots.
Bookings of commercial plots start from just 20% down payment followed by 20% confirmation charges after 30 days, while remaining amount is payable in 3 equal quarterly installments, hence the payment plan spans over about 1 year.
