Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has issued a list of illegal housing schemes in Karachi, which are currently selling in the market without obtaining NOC from SBCA. The authority has informed general public through a newspaper advertisement to refrain from any sale purchase activity in the given housing projects, as those projects are being sponsored by Land Mafia.
The authority has informed civic utility agencies not to provide any utility connections (water, electricity, gas) to the subject illegal/fraud housing schemes. Ironically, SBCA doesn’t warn the sponsors of those housing projects to stop advertisement and illegal selling of their fraud projects.

SBCA has issued this list for general public awareness, and we have copied the same for the benefit of our users. If any issues/dispute arises from sale purchase activity in the given housing projects, SBCA shall not take any responsibility to settle the issue.
