Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi has come up a new launch of a limited number of 5 marla residential plots in its Block H. There are about 300 residential plots offered in this new launch, while more plots will be launched at revised prices after the inauguration of Rawalpindi Ring Road in a month or so.

Rudn Enclave Block H is ideally located right next to Block G Head Office area, and opposite to Block D farm houses. The location of this block is excellent, as it will be accessible from both entrances of Rudn Enclave, i.e. first entrance at Ring Road Interchange and 2nd entrance at Executive Block.

This block contains other plot sizes, i.e. 7 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal as well, however the society will launch all sizes at revised prices after ring road inauguration. Unlike other general blocks, Block H plot numbers will be given after computerized ballot, so you cannot choose your plot location at the time of booking.Â
You will be given membership letter after booking at 20% down payment, while plot numbers will be allotted through computerized ballot after bookings are closed.

Please note that only 300 plots are being offered at the above mentioned price of 12 lacs. New prices will be about 10% to 15% higher that will be applicable from next month, so it is a good opportunity to book your plots at current price before the final revision.
