Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) is going to auction a number of commercial shops in its housing project PHAF Officers Residencia located on Kurri Road, Zone 4, Islamabad. The auction is scheduled to be held on 18th and 19th January 2020 in Islamabad Hotel at 10:00 AM.
Following is the schedule of auction:
Day 1: Saturday, 18th January 2020

Day 2: Sunday, 19th January 2020
No of Shops: 40
Block: B
Any citizen of Pakistan including firms and housing societies can participate in the auction. Brochures can be obtained from the given address of PHA Foundation for PKR 1000/- only.
Interested parties will need to submit a token money of PKR 100,000/- in the form of pay order in favor of PHA Foundation prior to auction. This token money will be refunded to those who fail to buy a shop in the auction.
