PECHS Islamabad has invited tenders from development companies through a newspaper advertisement in order to develop the leftover blocks of its housing scheme located on Fateh Jang Road, near New Islamabad Airport. Development firms registered with PEC can submit their bids along with their company profile and bid security amount at the society office located in Sector F-11 Islamabad.
We already know that PECHS had management issues, and they didn’t have funds to complete the development work in certain blocks. The society has included a provision in their tender notice that the development companies should agree to work on deferred payments. More details about the terms and conditions governing the development work are given in the complete set of bidding documents that can be purchased from the society office.
The non-developed patches of land exist in Block B, Block C Extension, Block C, Block D, Block F, Block G and Block H. If PECHS manages to find a sound development company and initiate development work of remaining area, the ever-slow market of PECHS will ultimately revive and things will reach its potential within a short time.
