Park View City Islamabad Announces Overseas Block Balloting Dates
Park View City Islamabad recently announced 2 pieces of good news for the members and customers of the overseas block. The society finally announced Park View City Overseas Balloting in July. In addition to this, the society also announced a special discount offer for the payment of installments.
According to the latest notification released by the society management, Park View City Overseas balloting will be held on the 15th of July, 2022. Society imposed the following condition that needs to be fulfilled to become a part of this balloting.
Members can involve their plots in this balloting by clearing 50% dues against their plots till 30th June 2022. Moreover, the members who have overdue payments of more than 50% can become a part of the balloting after clearing all of these overdue pending payments.

Furthermore, the special discount offer is valid till 30 June 2022, so, now is your chance to clear your dues with a chance to get a 10% discount. Keep in mind, that this offer is valid for the plots whose next payments are not due. So you will get a 10% discount on advance payments.
Additionally, the society is also offering a flat 50% on clearance of overdue installments. The payments should be made in favor of the society’s account named “Park View Enclave (PVT) LTD” through any branch of Silk Bank or Bank Alfalah.
