Park View City Islamabad has issued a final notice for all such members who are not paying their due installments on time. The society has announced a deadline to clear all outstanding dues and avail special discounts, after which surcharge will be imposed on late payments.
According to this notice, the society has announced that its members can avail special discount of 5 to 10 percent on payment of overdue or outstanding installments by 31st of December 2020. There will be no surcharge on late payments till this deadline, however this offer will expire on 1st of January 2021, so members can avail this special discount offer to save a good amount of money.
Additionally, the society has given some details about the development progress of several blocks. A, B and D blocks have been fully developed and ready for construction, whereas C, E, F Blocks are currently under development where possessions will be handed over to members in January 2021.
