- 10 Marla plots in Overseas Block were initially launched at 80 lacs with 3 years installments plan. The prices were revised to 85 lacs in January 2021 with 2.5 years installment plan. The price of 10 marla plots has now been increased to 1 Crore with 2 years installment plan.
- 1 Kanal residential plots in Overseas Block were initially launched at 1.50 crore with 3 years installment plan. Later the prices were revised to 1.80 Crore in January 2021 with 2.5 years installment plan. Latest payment plan shows price of 1 kanal at 2.5 crore with 2 years installment plan.
