OPF Valley Islamabad Sector C Possessions Announced
OPF Housing Schemes Islamabad has recently announced possessions for overseas Pakistanis in sector C of OPF Valley Zone 5. The allotees were conferred possession letters of their plots by the minister of state for overseas Pakistanis in a ceremony held on 16th January 2018.
OPF Housing Scheme Islamabad is owned by Overseas Pakistanis Foundation, which is a government organization meant to resolve the issues of overseas Pakistanis. OPF Valley was launched about 25 years ago, and all plots were sold to overseas Pakistanis. Due to some major issues, especially land mafia, OPF was unable to deliver this project, and overseas Pakistanis were desperately waiting to see some development.
The society has finally managed to clear all the land, and development work is under progress. About 99% work has already been completed by FWO, while underground electrification work by IESCO is currently in progress.
This is a very good news for all the allottees of OPF Valley Zone 5, who had been disappointed from OPF Valley for past many years. Now the development work is being carried out rapidly in other blocks of the society and remaining allottees will be handed over possessions of their plots soon.
