Margalla Enclave Islamabad has announced the schedule of the computerized ballot of residential plot booking applications and the digital auction of commercial plot booking applications on its website. The ballot ceremony will be held on Thursday, 20th November 2025, at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad, at 01:00 PM. Once the process is completed, the ballot results will be available online on DHA’s official website.
The second phase of Margalla Enclave bookings has received a quite positive response despite the rip-off prices, with many investors and real buyers applying for both residential and commercial plots. DHA also extended the deadline from 3rd November to 10th November to facilitate more applicants. As a result, a sizeable number of applicants will now be included in the ballot.
Those who come out successful in the ballot and the digital auction, where they must bid higher to win a plot, will be eligible to complete the booking process after paying the required down payment within 30 days.
Those who fail in the ballot will still stand a chance, as some successful applicants may either want to sell their applications or fail to pay the huge down payments within the given time. In such cases, DHA may reconsider the unsuccessful applicants for allotment after the due date.
Alternatively, unsuccessful members can simply purchase a plot of their own choice from the market, either the new booking options from successful members or the existing old booking options available in the market at much lower price.
