Nova City Islamabad (NOC Approved) has finally announced the schedule for its 2nd Balloting after a significant pause. This is a critical milestone in the society’s development journey. Blocks Included in the 2nd Balloting
Development activities are currently in full swing to prepare for this second stage of balloting. Management has officially announced that this ballot will cater to members of the following specific blocks:
- General Block
- Pueblo Block
- Overseas Block
- Esporte Block
Fast-Tracked Development & Early Possession Strategy
In a major investor-friendly move, Nova City management has committed that this balloting will exclusively feature plots that are more than 50% developed. This strategic decision aims to ensure that successful plot owners can be granted possession as soon as possible.
Simultaneously, on-ground development is accelerating across the broader society. The management has officially commenced the development work for sewerage and drainage (nallah) infrastructure in Prime Block, Sector A.
Eligibility Criteria and Payment Deadlines
To ensure your file is included in the upcoming ballot, you must meet the following financial requirements:
- Payment Threshold: You must have cleared 80% of total dues or completed at least 48 installments.
- Surcharge Clearance: All applied surcharges must be paid in full to qualify.
- Special Incentive: Nova City is currently offering a 50% discount on surcharges to facilitate members.
Note: Any file with pending late payment surcharges will be strictly excluded from the balloting process.

How to Check Your Ballot Results
Members can check their results via the official Nova City Customer Care Portal. You will need to log in using the mobile number registered with NOVA. The management is expected to share the official access link to the portal tomorrow, 1st March 2026.
