Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has issued an important public notice for allottees of Sector F-14 and F-15 Islamabad regarding payment of the third installment.
According to the latest notice, the last date for submission of the third installment has been extended to 15 May 2026. Allottees have been advised to deposit their dues before the deadline to avoid any delay, penalty, or further complication in their allotment process.
The notice has been issued for all concerned allottees of Sector F-14 and F-15. FGEHA has clearly mentioned that only a limited time is left for payment submission, therefore members should complete their installment payment as soon as possible.
Revised Last Date for Third Installment
The third installment, which was earlier scheduled under the approved payment plan, can now be deposited until:
15 May 2026
This extension gives allottees additional time to arrange and submit their payment through the official procedure.

Payment Plan Details
As per the approved three-year quarterly payment plan, the installment amounts are different for each category. The total payment plan is listed as Rs. 20,250,000 for Cat-I, Rs. 14,418,000 for Cat-II, and Rs. 11,016,000 for Cat-III.
The payment plan has been approved by the Executive Board on a cost-to-cost basis. The authority has also mentioned that the membership fee amount will be adjusted in the last installment as per the relevant category.

Allottees are advised not to wait until the last moment and should confirm their payable amount through official FGEHA channels before making payment. Any delay in installment submission may create issues in future processing, documentation, or allotment-related matters.
Members should also keep payment receipts and official records safely after depositing the installment.
