One Capital Residences Management to Increase the per SFT rates of the Apartments
One Capital is a brand new addition to the Capital Smart City Islamabad. One Capital Residences launched a few weeks back, and prices were released per sq. ft. area in the building. The old prices were 10,500 per sq. ft. for shops, apartments, and office spaces. Recently, the management introduced a new One Capital Residences price of 13,500 per sq. ft. According to the management, this price increment is due to the surge in the costs of construction materials.
These new One Capital Residences price will be implemented from the first week of July 2022. The new payment plan will be designed and shared by the management in due course of time. We will update you as soon as the One Capital management releases the new payment plan.
