New Metro City Gujar Khan Extends the Balloting Date
News: As per the latest updates from the administration, New Metro City Gujar Khan balloting date is extended. The management planned to hold the balloting of the A-South Block of the Society. Furthermore, the date has been extended due to a large number of requests from the members. Customers who could not clear their dues have been given another chance.
New Metro City is a large-scale residential project by BSM Developers developing at an ideal location of the main G.T road in the Gujar District of Rawalpindi. Society is progressing rapidly and multiple developments can be seen at the site. Furthermore, the administration of the society has already held multiple ballots. The next balloting is for A-South Block, the date for which has been extended.
According to the management of New Metro City Gujar, they had been receiving numerous requests from members to extend the balloting of the A-South Block of New Metro City Gujar Khan. They have entertained the requests and extended the balloting dates. A-South Block balloting will be held on 10th March 2023. Members are advised to clear their dues before 7th March 2023, to become a part of this upcoming balloting. In addition to balloting, the administration will also disclose the detailed master plan map of the A-South Block.
The developers are carrying out fast development throughout society and offering premium facilities. A-South is the newly launched block of society that provides different investment and living opportunities.
