New City Paradise has witnessed another success in a short time. The society has managed to get the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from PHATA. As per the details, PHATA has awarded New City Paradise NOC in the Last quarter of September 2022.
New City Paradise is a new housing project located in the Burhan Area of Rawalpindi. This housing project is introduced by New City Wah Developers, who are a trusted development firm in Pakistan. They have delivered multiple successful projects in their tenure of over 2 decades. As per PHATA, 4,256 Kanal of land is approved initially for this project; however, it will be extended to 20,000 Kanal in the future.
This is indeed a big achievement for the management of society. Since the NOC is granted by Punjab Housing and Planning Agency (PHATA), New City Paradise has become a safer investment opportunity in the twin cities.
New City Paradise is now registered with PHATA with registration number: DG-PHATA/W-1/PHS/61/2022 and customers can confirm the approval by contacting PHATA Rawalpindi Division. New City Paradise is still to get approval from other administrative authorities like Rawalpindi Development Authority. Management has not wasted any time and prepared and submitted the documents to RDA. Final NOC will be granted to the housing society after careful consideration by RDA.
