New City Paradise Announces Early Bird Balloting
New City Paradise is a modern housing project of New City Developers that emerged close to the Burhan Interchange of the M-1 Motorway. The most noticeable feature of this project is that it is being developed rapidly and major developments are underway, while some have been completed ahead of time. The administration has announced the New City Paradise Early Bird Balloting recently, and it is likely to be held in September 2023.
The management has also announced the completed procedure for members who wish to become a part of New City Paradise Early Bird Balloting. As the name indicates, this is an early bird balloting, which means that members who become a part, will get the possession and allotment on at early basis. This way they will be able to start the construction of their home ahead of other members.
New City Paradise Early Bird Balloting Criteria
The criteria for Early Bird Balloting are discussed below:
- Members who have cleared their bookings before 30th June 2023 are eligible to take part in the early bird balloting.
- Furthermore, to become a part of this balloting, members need to clear all of their dues except of balloting and possession fee.
- The last date to clear the mentioned dues is 20 September 2023.
Note: Members who do not wish to take part in early bird balloting should continue to submit installments as per the schedule of 42 months.
The management further mentioned that they can close the entries at any time for Early Bird Balloting, therefore, members who want to become a part of, should act fast and clear their dues before the mentioned deadline. The exact balloting date is not announced by the society, but most likely, it will be held after 20th September and the official date will be disclosed soon.
