MPCHS has once again postponed the most awaited location ballot ceremony of B-17 Multi Gardens G Block plots, which was planned to be held on 28th September 2019. Profit rates are still soaring due to the burgeoning demand for these files despite frequent delays in the ballot.
The revised and final date for location ballot has now been announced to be 12th October 2019. The last date to clear all outstanding dues is 5th October 2019. Only those who have paid 3 installments will be eligible for location ballot, so it is important to clear your dues before the given deadline.
Once the ballot is done, and plot numbers are allotted, we will update latest map of B-17 G block on our website. Future prices will depend mainly on the balloted location on the map, so it is important to keep your dues cleared, and keep your fingers crossed for the ballot results.
