Mohkam Enterprises has joined hands with Pace Pakistan for construction of Prisma Apartments. The agreement of partnership was signed on 1st September 2016 between Mr. Sheikh Anwar – Mohkam Enterprises Director and Mr. Shehryar Taseer – Pace Pakistan Chairman.
It is a huge success for Mohkam Enterprises as Pace Pakistan is a well-known name in the construction industry which has accomplished various successful projects in Lahore.
We can expect further increment in prices of Prisma Apartments, and also construction work will speed up in the coming days as Pace Pakistan will immediately take control of construction work and invest huge funds into this project and some upcoming projects in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with same partnership.
