The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced an exciting new offer to allot a limited number of premium residential plots through ballot in Taj Pura, Jubilee Town, and Jublia Town Lahore. This initiative is launched to facilitate citizens to buy premium residential plots in fully populated areas of Lahore with a flexible 3 years installment plan.
As there are limited plots available in this offer, Interested applicants are required to submit their applications online along with the non-refundable processing fee to participate in the ballot. The computerized ballot will be held on Monday, 30th of December, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the LDA Sports Complex, Johar Town, Lahore to pick out the successful applicants for allotment of plots.
Following are the details of the plot locations and prices available in this offer:
Taj Pura
- A limited number of 5 marla residential plots in Block E.
- Price is 2,000,000/- per marla, so 5 marla plot will cost PKR 10,000,000/-
- Application processing fee is PKR 10,000/-
Jubilee Town
- A limited number of 7 marla reisdential plots in Block D.
- Price is 1,500,000/- per marla, so 7 marla plot will cost PKR 10,500,000/-
- Application processing fee is PKR 15,000/-
Johar Town
- A limited number of 5 marla residential plots in Block R II.
- Price is 2,500,000/- per marla, so 5 marla plot will cost PKR 12,500,000/-
- Application processing fee is PKR 20,000/-
Payment Plan
The successful applicants will have the facility to pay the amount in 3 years through 12 equal quarterly installments. This is the best opportunity for the residents of Lahore to buy such premium plots at such a flexible payment plan.
Discount
Successful applicants can avail 5% special discount if they pay the full price of plot upfront.
Application Deadline
Applications can be submitted online at LDA Website or by visiting LDA citizen facilitation center latest by 25th of December, 2024.

1- Log in or create an account on LDA website to participate in the ballot.
2- Press the APPLY FOR BALLOT button.
3- Select your desired category from the dropdown menu:
- Johar Town
- Jubilee Town
- Tajpura
- 4- Press the GENERATE CHALLAN button.
5- Download the challan and pay before 25 Dec 2024:
- At the nearest MCB bank branch
- Online through 1-Bill Reference No.
Note: All paid application challans will automatically be considered for the ballot to be held on 30 Dec 2024.
