Lahore Development Authority has recently published a notice regarding the legal status of Al-Kabir Town Housing Scheme Lahore. The society is currently offering residential plots, commercial plots and villas in Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 on installments.
According to LDA’s notice, Mr. Aurangzeb s/o Mr. Abdul Aziz has submitted an application for approval of a housing scheme namely “Al-Kabir Town Housing Scheme”. The society is situated in Mouza Janjatay, Tehsil Raiwind, District Lahore.
LDA has not issued any approval letter to Al-Kabir Housing Scheme yet, however the sponsors and property dealers are advertising on electronic and print media for sale purchase of plots in this housing scheme without any approval from concerned authority.
General Public is hereby informed to refrain from indulging in any sort of transaction of plots in this housing scheme, otherwise LDA will not be responsible for any loss to the purchasers.
LDA warns the sponsors and concerned property dealers to refrain from media campaigns and sale purchase activity, otherwise legal action may be initiated against them.
LDA advises general public to be very careful before investing their hard earned money into any housing project, and verify the legal status of any project from Lahore Development Authority in order to avoid any bitter consequences.
