Lahore Smart City has launched bookings of a limited number of 7 marla and 12 marla residential plots at very attractive prices. Bookings are open on first come first served basis, so it is recommended to book your plots as soon as possible. The Society will revise plot prices within next few days as there is huge demand for Lahore Smart City plots after NOC approval and start of development work.
These residential plots are available in both Executive block and Overseas block. Those who are living in Pakistan can book their plots in Executive blocks, whereas Overseas Pakistanis can opt for Overseas Block at a slightly higher price.

Please note that the given prices are exclusive of Development Charges that will be applicable at the time of possession. Estimated development charges could be approximately 1 to 1.50 lacs per marla.
