Islamabad Sector I-15 Allottees To Get Possession Soon: CDA
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is working on the sub-sectors of I-15 and soon the allottees will get possessions of their land in I-15. CDA is working on the development of the city and I-15 is being prioritized by the CDA as of now.
Around 5,000 allottees will get their possessions in I-15 after almost 15 years. Since the CDA is focused on the development work in the city, the work on the sectors is their priority right now.
The work on the drainage system, Waste management system, street lights, and all other residential facilities are being taken care of in sectors I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4. CDA is managing all the development in these sub-sectors and periodic maintenance would be provided to the residents as well.
CDA is enabling the people who were previously unable to construct a house on their plot. People would now be able to invest in the construction of their houses on their owned land.
Islamabad is facing the issue of increasing demand in the housing market as the population is increasing. The development and possessions in I-15 would resolve the issue of increasing demand in the city.
According to the sources from CDA, the development in CDA Sectors is being done at a rapid pace by the current administration. The development work was previously neglected and now the current administration is taking a keen interest in ensuring that the increased demand for housing is catered to by providing all the residential facilities in new sectors.
