As per the latest news, Islamabad Marina, a modern housing project, has been officially launched by the developers. Islamabad Marina was introduced back in August 2022 by Marina Group and a pre-launch payment plan was launched. However, now, the Islamabad Marina launch has been held successfully and the development pace will be improved.
Islamabad Marina is a new housing venture of Marina Group in the heart of Islamabad that is present near Islamabad International Airport and Metro Station. It is ideally located on Airport Road and presents different investment and living opportunities for the residents of the twin cities. Furthermore, the society is present in proximity to all daily life necessities and transport hubs.
The most noticeable factor of Islamabad Marina is that it is already approved by the administrative authorities. The No Objection Certificate (NOC) was approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) back in 2022. This means that the developers and owners have already acquired the land for this project; therefore, they will not face any trouble in terms of development, balloting, possessions, and allotments.
Islamabad Marina launching was held last week, and a grand event was held for this purpose that was attended by realtors, management, and members of the society.

The master plan of the society is not yet disclosed by the administration, however, the plot sizes are announced and the payment plan was also released. It is also important to mention that the society had launched a pre-launch payment plan in the past. However, now, the bookings on pre-launch are closed by the administration and a new payment plan has been released.
