IBECHS General Body Meeting To Be Held On 9th May 2022
IBECHS or IB Employees Cooperative Housing Society is organizing a general body meeting on Monday, 9th of May, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. This particular meeting will be held in the parking area of Block K, Pak Secretariat Islamabad.
According to the society officials, the sole purpose IBECHS general body meeting is to inform the members of the current progress and future planning and executions.
Following is the main agenda of the IBECHS general body meeting:
- The performance report from December 2020 till today will be presented, which will include the development work in Pakistan Town Phase 1, 2, and Gulberg Islamabad. This report includes details of all development works like electricity, gas and water provision.
- Yearly audits 2021-2022, special audits 2017 to 2021, in addition to forensic reports 2011 to 2016, and budget for the years 2022-2023 will be presented in IBECHS general body meeting.
- All decisions of the management along with new memberships, plot allotments, and transfers and all their approvals are also included.
- A summary of total land-related activities performed in Gulberg Islamabad.
- The approval and details of Gulberg Residencia and Gulberg Greens “Revised and Extended LOP”.
- The agreements for Gulberg Greens Islamabad, affiliation, and other matters concerned with land transfers and plot details.
- All the details of Gulberg Dream Heights including expenses, member funds submissions, and more.
- The approval of ground and development work in the new Executive E and Executive F block of the society.
- The approval and steps are taken for the welfare of Martyrs, handicapped, and other deserving people according to IBECHS By-laws 2005.
- Cancellation of memberships according to the 2005 IBECHS Policy.
