General Body Meeting of IBECHS To Be Held on 23rd October 2017
General Body Meeting of IBECHS is going to be held on 23rd October 2017 at K Block, Pak Secretariat Islamabad. All memebers of IBECHS are invited to participate in the meeting where members will be informed about the performance of IBECHS and they will be taken into confidence on its future plans.
Following is the agenda of the meeting:
- After the recitation of holy verses, performance report will be presented on development work including expenses on water, electricity etc in Pakistan Town Phase 1, 2 and Gulberg Housing Scheme from 23rd May 2016 till date.
- Annual audit for the years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017, and special audit for the years 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. Details of budget for the year 2017-2018 and approval.
- Details and approval of all decision made by management committee from 23rd May 2016 till date, and approval of new memberships, allotments and transfers.
- Details and approval of the agreements of purchased land, houses, fields, land acquisition and random expenses.
- Details and approval of the policy of alloting developed plot against land. Details on steps taken after the last AGM meeting till date regarding allotments, and agreements for development of land that is purchased by present management.
- Details of all the expenses on Gulberg Expressway since 2011 till date.
- Details of NOC/Revised LOP from CDA of about 42000 kanals of land in Gulberg Greens and Residencia
- Details of the progress of Gulberg Dream Heights Apartments project
- Details of steps taken for the welfare of Martyred/Disabled IB Employees
- Suggestions from Members and formulation of future policy
- Cancellation of memberships of those who have damaged the reputation of society
- Presentation of any Agenda Item from the President IBECHS and its approval
All members are invited to attend the general body meeting. Lunch will be served to all present members from the society.

Any outcome from the meeting. 5 years passed no development started in A & B block of Gulberg Residencia. We heared new map is coming for these blocks but when will come??
