FGEHA Directs Contractors to Accelerate the Pace of Ongoing Housing Projects

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has given clear directions to all the affiliated developers to increase the housing projects development pace in the Twin Cities. The order came directly after the Minister for Housing and Works Maulana Abdul Wasey showed a personal interest in the development progress.

The aim is to provide the Federal employees with modern and state-of-the-art living standards. The housing authority wants all the projects to be completed soon so that the rightful people can move into their new homes.

FGEHA residential projects are Kashmir Avenue Apartments, Chaklala Heights, and Skyline Apartments. Skyline Apartment units are 3,945 in number while the Chaklala Heights is going to feature 3,432 apartment units in total.

Lifestyle Residency, EHFPRO G-13 is likely to be completed by this year’s end in December 2022. This project was to be completed earlier in 2020 but due to the COVID-19 restrictions, it got delayed.

The quality of the work is not to be compromised while speeding up the FGEHA Directs to accelerate housing projects’ development pace and they will only be allotted after they pass their fitness test. FGEHA has plans to launch new housing projects for their employees and they will announce this subject soon.

An advertisement for expression of interest in land sharing has already been out in the newspapers and the interested parties can contact the federal authority. This will not only expedite the work on the upcoming projects but it will beneficial for the investors and developers as well.
