FECHS has rolled out a notice regarding Jinnah Gardens Phase 2 files which reads that the society has suspended the transfer processing of subject files due to ongoing inquiry by FIA, therefore members are requested not to indulge in any sale or purchase activity until the issue is resolved.
The FIA has reportedly seized all the record of files of Jinnah Gardens Phase 2 under inquiry no. 61/2017, therefore FECHS cannot process any transfer request until the record is returned to the society.
