Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi has finally announced date to issue open registration certificates against the submitted registration slips for Fazaia Karachi Apartments.
The opening process will commence from 18th of May 2015 and opening facility will be available at the registered office of Fazaia Housing Scheme in Karachi and Lahore.
This facility is provided only for those who want to sell out their registration forms, and those who do not want to sell out their memberships shouldn’t consider this option.
It is mandatory for the member to personally appear in order to get open registration certificate against his registration slip. They will need to submit original membership copy of Fazaia Housing Scheme Registration Form with original stamp of Fazaia or Habib Bank. The member will need to carry his original CNIC while submitting his registration slip. A copy of CNIC will be submitted along with the slip and RS 2000/- will be charged as one time opening fees.

It is important to note that anybody who has an open registration certificate will be considered its owner regardless of who the actual member is. If you want to get open registration certificate, you have to be very careful lest you should misplace it as there is no recovery.
