After a long pause, Zedem International has finally published the first newsletter regarding its new project “Faisal Town Phase 2“. After formal introduction to the company and its past projects, the newsletter mainly describes the features of Faisal Town Phase 2 and its commitment to the timely delivery of its biggest project in twin cities.
Omitting the introduction part, we are going to share the informative part of the newsletter on this page so that you can better understand the vision behind Faisal Town Phase.
Faisal Town Phase 2 Location
Faisal Town phase 2 is the biggest project by Faisal Town Private Limited. It lies on Chakri Road with convenient access to Motorway & Rawalpindi. It has Thalian Interchange to the west, and Chakri Road to the east. The upcoming Ring Road will lie in the south, while Chahan Dam lies in the North.

Development Work
Faisal Town Pvt Limited will commence proper development work on this mega project from November 2023 after formal approval from Rawalpindi Development Authority. The society is committed to delivering the project in next 4 years by deploying modern technical tools.
Site Visit
The society has appointed site staff at Faisal Town Phase 2, which includes security, horticulture and admin staff. Col Meeran Bakhsh Chaudhry is the administrator of Faisal Town-II site, so you can contact him at 0334-4078183 for site visit.
Payment of Dues
Third installment of Faisal Town Phase 2 is due on 20th of August, 2023. The society has extended the due date to 25th of August. The society seeks cooperation from its respected members to pay their instalments timely in order to continue with its development plans without any hurdles.
Moreover, those members who want to pay full price of their plots will be eligible for 15% special discount till August 25, 2023.
