Faisal Residencia Islamabad has finally announced the most-awaited good news about the development work at project site in Sector E-17. This prolonged delay to start development work had raised doubts in the minds of investors as to whether Zedem International had acquired the land and requisite permissions from CDA or not. A recent notice by the society dispels such doubts and shares the development plan at E-17.
According to the notice, Zedem International will initiate development work at Faisal Residencia E-17 by the end of May 2018. The development is set to kick off after the harvest of wheat crop. This decision was preceded by a meeting held between Zedem officials and real estate consultants on 11th April 2018.
This is a very good news for those who have invested in Faisal Residencia, as physical development coupled with opening of New Islamabad Airport and further developments in the neighborhood tend to jack up profit rates on plot files within a short term.
