Faisal Hills Taxila announced new balloting dates for plot number allotment. This is indeed good news for the investors and end-users of society. In the past, the management of Faisal Hills Taxila announced the balloting to be held in December 2021 or January 2022. But due to unforeseen circumstances, it could not be held.
The balloting was canceled due to the rainy season as well as the wave of Omicron variant of Covid-19. So, now that the alarming situation is finally over, the balloting will be held on 6 March 2022 at 12:30 pm. The balloting event will be held at the society site.

It will be a computerized balloting event and the plot number will be allotted to the respective owners. There are two categories of this balloting:
Category 1: First of all, the plot numbers through computerized balloting will be held for members who have made complete payments for their plots. Members can still avail of discounts of up to 5% on full payments.
Category 2: The second category of allotment will be held for the members who have paid at least 5 installments.
Note: The last date to clear the due on your plots is 2 March 2022 till 5 pm. All the respected members of the society are requested to clear the dues so that they can join the balloting event. The event includes lunch for the members.
The members who could not clear the payments will only be included in the event if they pay the installments or full payment in the given time. Moreover, the members are requested to acquire the NDC (No Demand Certificate) after clearing the dues and getting ownership of their plots.
