Faisal Hills Newsletter August 2021 & Development Progress
Faisal Hills recently published a newsletter to inform the society members about the latest development status. As a professional organization, Zedem International keeps its members updated regularly about the ongoing developments and future plans through its periodical newsletters.
Faisal Hills’ layout plan (LOP) comprises 4 residential blocks. Faisal hills can be accessed via Grand Trunk Road N-5, 1 km from Margalla Hills, Taxila.
The Society is equipped with all necessities of life. 25000 total plots are planned here, which is a relatively higher number compared to other housing projects. The entry road is 150 ft wide; the housing scheme has already crossed 13 lac population marks.
Faisal Mansion (Faisal Hills Head Office)
Faisal Mansion is the head office of society designed by a famous architect of Islamabad. Construction is complete, and it’s fully operational. Currently, plot bookings and installment facilities are provided to members at this spot, while file transfer services are coming soon.
Amenities at Faisal Hills
The scheme is offering all the basic facilities as well as entertainment amenities to residents.

Legal Status of Faisal Hills
As mentioned earlier, the layout plan includes 4 blocks A, B, C, and Executive block. LOP is duly approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority. The management congratulates all the members upon final approval and NOC of the society.
Moreover, approval for electricity, gas, telephone, and internet is also obtained from relevant government departments, and deployment work is currently underway. Residents can now avail telephone and internet facilities as the work is complete.
Development Status
Development work continues across Faisal Hills at a fast pace. The mosque sites inaugurated by the Chairman are under development, and some are already complete.
- Masjid Fatima-tul-Zahra (R.A) is completed, with a capacity of over 5000 people, and religious activities are resumed here. Jamia Masjid Hazrat Ali (R.A) is present in Block A, spans over 8 Kanal, and is currently under construction. Similarly, Jamia Masjid Abu Bakr Siddique is also inaugurated and developing.
- Faisal Hills Arc Monument is an infrastructural masterpiece being developed at block A and spans 8 Kanal with a height of 134 ft. Arc monument is uniquely designed with a rooftop restaurant to further increase the charm.
- 2 parks are included in the executive block, currently under construction. Moreover, amusement parks with national and international rides are also underway. These parks will have shops, bbq spots, and play areas.
- A proper water channel has been developed for water management in all the blocks. Beautiful lakes spread throughout the scheme. Moreover, a large tube well is established in the C block to meet the needs of water.
- Cam construction Pvt Ltd is developing Faisal Hills with the latest machinery and architectural techniques. Cam Construction is the developer of many noticeable projects in the twin cities like Margalla City and SEA Square apartments and commercial buildings.
Note: Supreme Court of Pakistan has banned all construction activities in the Margalla Hills Taxila region. The National Hills Park will be developed in the future.

Conclusion
Residential and commercial plot possessions have already started at Faisal Hills. Customers can start construction by clearing their dues before 31 August 2021 and obtain NOC certificates. Members are requested to visit the site at least once before selling their plots as prices are escalating with time.
