Special Package on House Construction
People who aspire to construct a house in Faisal Hills will be happy to hear that Faisal Hills has announced PKR 1,000,000 for the first 500 houses to construct. All the people having plots of sizes 25×50, 30×60, and 35×70 will eligible for this package. This offer will be valid for the plots in Executive, A, B, and C Blocks. The rest of the people contributing to the construction of the first 500 houses in other residential blocks will be given PKR 600,000 as prize money.
Faisal Mansion-Site Office
A 6-story Faisal Mansion-Site Office located in the Executive Block of Faisal Hills is now completely operational. Members who are looking for investing in Faisal Hills can visit this office for plot booking and payment of their installments.
Faisal Jewel
The work on the Faisal Jewel which is a commercial and residential building is also in full swing. Faisal Jewel is being constructed on 20 Kanals and it has 24 stories. The first 5 floors of Faisal Jewel will be dedicated for commercial purposes and the rest of the stories are reserved for luxury apartments.

Faisal Hills Arc Monument
Faisal Hills Arc Monument is now in its final stages and this 150-ft tall monument will feature a rooftop restaurant once it is opened to the public. Faisal Hills Arc Monument is being constructed to enhance the living experience of its residents and elevate the value of Faisal Hills’ beauty.
Masjid Fatimatul Zahra (RA)
Similarly, the work on Masjid Fatimatul Zahra (RA) in the Executive Block is now completed and prayers are being offered 5 times a day in this mosque. Whereas the work on Masjid Ali (RA) in Block A and Masjid Abu Bakr (RA) in Block C is in progress. Masjid Ali (RA) is being constructed to accommodate 20,000 people at the same time.
Business Complex
A business complex is constructed in A Block that will consist of 54 offices. The name of the business complex is “Faisal Hills Etihad Center.” This amazing project is being constructed in Block A of Faisal Hills.
Roots International School, University, and Hospital
As promised, Faisal Hills have inaugurated Roots International School and the work on the building construction has already started. Similarly, Faisal Hills has also signed a contract with the Prime Institute of Health Sciences to construct a world-class medical institute in the housing society. The developers of Faisal Hills are taking a keen interest in the educational facilities being provided in society. In this regard, Faisal Hills now has an approved plan from the HEC for the construction of a university.
Ali Medical Complex
An MoU has been signed between Ali Medical Complex and Faisal Hills to provide world-class medical facilities. This facility will not be exclusive to the residents of Faisal Hills but the developers aspire to provide the best medical facilities to the neighboring areas as well.
Parks and Recreational Areas
A children’s park and a park for leisure activities for people of all age groups are completed in Executive Block. A dedicated play area is designed for sports activities in the parks. Block A has 6 parks in its master plan which includes 3 green spaces and 3 complete parks leisure activities. The construction of these parks is completed. Block A has the first International Level Day and Night Football Playground which is also completely functional now. The work on Block B Cricket Ground is in progress.
Banks and Offices
Three banks, i.e., Bank Alfalah, Allied Bank, and MCB Islamic Bank are now operating in Faisal Hills. The developers of Faisal Hills have constructed a uni-pole on Main GT Road that will be visible from miles away adding to the value of Faisal Hills. Faisal Hills now has functional electricity, gas, and telephone facilities.
Road Connectivity
The work on Margalla Avenue has already commenced and once the project is completed, the travel time to the city center will be reduced to only 15 minutes.
Commercial Areas
Commercial Areas, Villas, and marquees are also being constructed at a rapid pace. Faisal Hills is happy to announce that families have already started moving into Faisal Hills showing their trust in the housing society.
Water Supply
The problem of water scarcity will be resolved through a proper water supply channel and there are 4 planned lakes in the master plan as well. To compensate for the working speed in Faisal Hills, a tube well is already functional in Block C.
It is now completely illegal to crush the mountainous region of Margalla Hills surrounding the Faisal Hills Housing society. The government has plans to declare the region as National Park making it secure from future crushing and restoring the wildlife.
The speedy development in the Faisal Hills housing society is the reason for many people to invest in this housing society. The work on Faisal Hills will be continued at a similar pace as per the developers.
