DHA Quetta Extends the EOI Submission Deadline for 8 Marla Villas
The Defense Housing Authority Quetta (DHAQ) has extended the deadline for the deadline for the submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the construction of villas in the DHAQ Housing Scheme. The new deadline is May 10, 2023.
The DHAQ had invited EOIs from interested parties for the construction of villas in the housing scheme in March this year. The initial deadline for the submission of EOIs was April 20, 2023.
However, the DHAQ has now decided to extend the deadline by 20 days to give interested parties more time to submit their proposals. The authority has said that it will only accept EOIs from parties that meet all the necessary criteria.
DHA Quetta requires the following documents should be submitted to the Director of Town Planning and Building Control DHA Quetta:
- Company profile
- Last 5 years’ financial statement
- Portfolio of past projects
- Current ongoing projects
The DHAQ Housing Scheme is located on the Quetta-Chaman Highway and is spread over an area of 44,000 Kanals. The scheme will comprise residential and commercial plots, villas, and apartments.
The scheme will also have all the necessary amenities, including schools, hospitals, parks, and shopping centers. The DHAQ has said that it is committed to providing the best possible facilities to the residents of the housing scheme.
The DHAQ has urged interested parties to ensure that they have submitted all the necessary documents and payments before the new deadline. The authority has said that it will not consider any EOIs that are submitted after the deadline.
