DHA Islamabad – Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has announced the tentative ballot date of Riverview South block. The balloting event is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 9th of August, 2023. All valid applications submitted for booking of residential plots in DHA Phase 4 – Riverview South Block will be included in the computerized ballot, and those who come out successful will be allotted plots in the subject project.
This is indeed a good news for the applicants who were anxiously waiting for the ballot schedule. Once the ballot is held, successful members will have to submit down payments within 30 days, failing which their allotment will stand cancelled. Those who fail in the ballot may be able to buy plots from successful members by paying some premium.
Ballot results will be available within 24 to 48 hours of the ballot, and you will be able to check your results online at DHA’s official website.
