DHA Multan Extends Surcharge Incentive and Special Scheme for All Plots Villas

- Extension of surcharge incentive and the special scheme will apply to all categories of plots/villas on payment of installments due till 30th April 2023.
- In case of failure to submit the funds by 30th April 2023, the plot/location ballot result will be canceled.
- Members, who have just paid the land cost and are unable to pay the installments should apply for cancellation, this the amount will be refunded after the deduction of the membership fee and 10% remaining paid amount, which was 20% generally.
- Furthermore, another incentive for members and their blood relations (parents, spouse, and Children). They can have their paid amounts adjusted from one allotment to another without any deduction, where the allocation is requested for cancellation.
