DHA Multan Announces New File Rates after FBR Valuation
DHA Multan file rates were shared by the society after the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) new valuation. This was announced on Thursday, April 14 through a Facebook post by DHA Multan.
The rates of almost all category plots are being revised by FBR for the year 2022.
- The revised rates for 5/8 Marla plots in DHA Multan are now PKR 345,000 per Marla.
- The revised rate for the 10 Marla Plot File is not PKR 385,000 per Marla.
- Similarly, the plot file rate was revised for 1 Kanal plot as well and now the new rate is PKR 265,000 per Marla.
DHA Multan has been one of the most active projects of DHA in the country and the administration takes a keen interest in the development of the society. The news is being shared almost instantaneously with the consumers to give them a complete picture of the development.
DHA Multan recently held a ceremony to demarcate the start of the construction of Sector O in DHA Multan. On this occasion, many guests were invited and Project Director, Brig. Shoeb Anwar addressed the people as well.
