Defense Housing Authority Commences Construction Work in DHA Phase 5
Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad has commenced the construction work in DHA Phase 5. DHA Islamabad – Rawalpindi is one of the top housing projects of twin cities, present on main G.T Road Rawalpindi. Phase 5 of DHA Islamabad is meticulously located in the Zone-5 of the federal capital, and adjacent to the DHA Phase 2. The authority announced this news on the official website as well as displayed it on the advertisement screens around Phase 1.
Phase 5 is a major and integral part of society; therefore, the developers are paying special attention to its development. The construction work in DHA Phase 5 has finally commenced, and this is great news for the members of this phase. The development work is already in full swing in Phase 5, however, now Defense Housing Authority has decided to move forward with the vertical developments, such as commercial areas, phase maintenance offices, parks, and other constructions.
As mentioned before, Phase 5 is a large part of society, so, it is divided into different blocks starting from Sector A and moving to Sector K. The management has decided to start construction work in DHA Phase 5 from Sector A and then spread it out to the rest of the blocks.
In the past, the Defense Housing Society started the work on the provision of gas supply in different blocks of Phase 5. Till now, the gas supply has been laid out in the majority of blocks A, B, C, and D. Furthermore, the management is also working and putting efforts to develop all the blocks timely and allow the construction of houses and commercial sectors. In this effort, the management awards possessions and allotments of the ready areas to the residents, so they can build houses and reside there.
