DHA Islamabad has rolled out a notice regarding the bogus allotment files of DHA Phase 3 Extension circulating in real estate market. The authority has denied having issued any allotment files of DHA Phase 3 Extension, and refrained general public from indulging in any sale purchase activity of such bogus files.
DHA has also decided to initiate legal action (civil and criminal) against the culprits who have used the name and logo of DHA Islamabad unlawfully.
Earlier in 2021, such fake files of DHA Phase 8 Islamabad had also circulated in market which was claimed to be located near New Islamabad Airport but DHA disowned it and took action against the fake files. We never heard of those files again ever since.
