DHA Gujranwala New Booking 2021: Villas, Apartments & Commercial Plots
DHA Gujranwala has once again come up with some lucrative investment options for general public which includes villas, apartments and commercial plots. Applications are invited from all eligible Pakistani nationals including Overseas Pakistanis latest by 27th July, 2021. Successful applicants will be announced through computerized ballot that will be held on 6th August, 2021.
What is the Offer?
DHA Gujranwala offers the following properties on easy installments plan:
- 4 Marla to 8 Marla commercial plots
- 5, 6, and 10 Marla luxury villas
- 3-bed hybrid, 4-bed hybrid, and 4-bed luxury apartments

Please note that processing fee (non-refundable) will need to be submitted along with application forms in order to participate in the ballot. In case of Villa, processing fee + token amount (refundable) will need to be submitted.
Quota Distribution
DHA Gujranwala has reserved quotas for each category of applicants. So instead of applying in general public category, those who meet the criteria for a specific category can apply in their pertinent quota to increase their chances of success.
Following is the percentage of reserved quota for each applicant category:

Application Procedure
In order to apply for a commercial plot, luxury villa or apartment in DHA Gujranwala, you have to follow the given procedure:
- Visit www.dhagwa.com
- Read instructions carefully and fill necessary details online.
- Download your booking form and get print out.
- One form can be used for one application only so fill new form for each application.
- Submit processing fee at the nominated bank branches.
- Applications will be processed through Askari, UBL, BOP, Soneri and Bank Al-Habib only.
- Attach your CNIC copy and other required documents according to applicant’s category
- Courier completed forms to DHA Gujranwala main office or personally submit at DHA Gujranwala offices located in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Gujranwala.
- Overseas Pakistanis can submit payments online and courier forms to DHA Gujranwala Office.
