DHA Gujranwala Balloting Results Announced
DHA Gujranwala balloting results for 5 marla residential plots have been announced on 4th April 2018 in a formal ceremony held at Rida Marquee, GT Road, Gujranwala. More than 200,000 applications were included in the balloting, and a vast majority of applicants have failed to get plots.
Reportedly more than 98% applicants have failed in the balloting, as DHA has given out just 4000 plots.
Following is the break down of plots allocation:
- 3200 plots were allocated to civilians/general public
- 400 plots were allocated to overseas Pakistanis
- 280 plots were allocated to serving/retired army persons and government employees
- 120 plots were allocated to senior citizens (above 65 years of age)
Since all applicants have been issued unique ballot numbers, you will be able to check your results only if your ballot numbers are included in the computerized database. You just need to enter your CNIC number or ballot number in the form given below to check your balloting result.
Congratulation to all those who have come out successful in the balloting. Successful members must submit registration fee PKR 10,000/- and down payment PKR 300,000/- by 19th April 2018. Please note down your OBF number from the successful ballot result, as this number will be used to print your down payment voucher.

Please note that your intimation letter will be issued by DHA Gujranwala only after the payment of registration fee and down payment. If an applicant fails to follow the given timeline, he may end up losing his plot.
Following is the payment schedule of 5 marla plots:
- Down Payment of Rs 300,000/- by 19th April 2018
- 1st Installment of Rs 242,857/- by 10th July 2018
- 2nd Installment of Rs 242,857/- by 10th Oct 2018
- 3rd Installment of Rs 242,857/- by 10th Jan 2019
- 4th Installment of Rs 242,857/- by 10th April 2019
- 5th Installment of Rs 242,857/- by 10th July 2019
- 6th Installment of Rs 242,857/- by 10th Oct 2019
- 7th Installment of Rs 242,857/- by 10th Jan 2020
